Gregory and Monica provide a first-class service. As our property managers for 7 plus years they ensured our property was well cared for and always worked hard for our benefit. They responded to any request or issue promptly and effectively. When you have them working for you, it is very personal and does not feel like you are just another customer in some big organisation.

When we decided to sell our property, they stepped up as agents and again managed our property professionally and provided us with wonderful service. It was always obvious that were working to ensure the best outcome for us and I have no hesitation in recommending them. You will not be disappointed.

Monica and Gregory acted super professional regards selling our house. We live overseas and were quite nervous about selling our house from far way, but they both gave us all the information we need it and made us feel more comfortable with the process. Everything went very smooth and we were so luck to get people interested on buying our house on the very early stage.

We appreciated all the attention and the compromisse. And there is a plus, the fee was the best part of it, half of what other companies charge for this sort of work.

Monica and Gregory are lovely to work with. They have been our property managers since renting out our home in 2023, then our selling agents when we finally decided to sell early this year. Being overseas while renting out or selling a property could be difficult, but they have made it easier for us.
