She took the time to really understand our goals from the outset and achieved them all without the huge price tag. Great result. Couldn't recommend her enough, absolute no brainer. We had Gregory and Monica act as our property manager when our property was being rented and later as our real estate agent when we sold it. We had complete trust in everything they did, we always knew what was happening with our property, and knew we were getting the best outcome.

Monica sold my property in December 2020. She is an excellent communicator and has great knowledge about property market. Sale was about to fall but she managed to pull it through with her negotiating skills. At the end I am happy as a seller and I got what she promised. She had been transparent and honest throughout the deal. And of course the Agent fee is very attractive and great savings for seller. No other real estate company can match their fee. As an investor I have dealt with many other agencies in past but there is no way I am going back to them. Monica is AAAAAA++++++ highly highly recommended. You can only win not lose with them.
